Structure of the Neutrino® Energy Group
The Neutrino® Energy Group is not a single company but an association. The group describes itself as a worldwide network of companies, scientists, research institutions, engineering teams and technology partners with a common purpose: the conversion of ambient energy into usable electric current.

The founding company
The central body is Neutrino Inc. (USA), by its own account the founding company and the coordinating organisation of the association.

The imprint states expressly that Neutrino Inc. is the sole publisher and operator of the group's website and that no other company of the association holds this role.

The managing director of the German companies is in each case Holger Thorsten Schubart.
International representative offices
The association maintains representations in more than a dozen countries, among them France, Ireland, Panama, Argentina and Uruguay, China (Shenzhen Neutrino Energy Co., Ltd.), Hong Kong, Egypt, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, India, the Netherlands, Austria, Malta and South Africa.
Press, science and foundations
Press work for Europe is located in the Haus der Bundespressekonferenz in Berlin; the press spokesman is Heiko Schulze.
For the scientific side there are the Scientific Advisory Board with more than 160 members from over 30 countries and the project "Neutrino Energy Brain-Pool".
Alongside these the group runs two foundations: the NEUTRINO ENERGY Stiftung "The We Give Light Foundation" under the chairmanship of Erwin Wolski and Holger Thorsten Schubart, and the St. Tikhon Foundation for scientific, industrial and humanitarian development.
The German prehistory
The roots of the association lie in Berlin. Neutrino Deutschland GmbH was first entered in the register in July 2014 as an Unternehmergesellschaft and half a year later converted into a GmbH with share capital of 25,000 euros. It is the applicant for patent WO2016142056A1, which the group lists as the core patent of neutrinovoltaics, and for further patent applications under the title "Folie mit Beschichtung".
At the beginning of 2024 the company's registered office was moved from Berlin to Baden-Baden. The present German address of the association — Aschmattstraße 8 in Baden-Baden — goes back to this move; the Berlin address Unter den Linden 21 is continued as a representative office.
Placing
A structure of this kind is not unusual for research-driven undertakings. It separates research from commercial exploitation, intellectual property from operating business, and it allows a presence in many jurisdictions at once.
For readers one thing above all is useful: anyone wishing to check a statement by the group will find in the imprint the company responsible and, in the commercial register or in the respective register, the corresponding entry.
